Microsoft Academic Days in Prague #2

Unfortunately Arvindra Sehmi couldn’t make it to the meeting. I was looking forward to meeting him and talking about FABRIQ.

This also means that we are minus one talk for today so I have been asked to talk for more. They have a “speakers’ quite room” here :-). So I am here editing my slides (effectively adding more).

I think the audience will get the “stateful vs stateless” and “services vs resources” treatment today 🙂 and also added a slide about NIP.NET. I will also attempt a live demo of the current build of the “Search for White Dwarfs” application. Praying to the programming gods 🙂

I am really enjoying this meeting. I saw a couple of presentations from MSR folks about the cool stuff they are doing. I really need to keep my eyes open for a job opportunity there.
