I’ll just say that whichever typeface you choose now, it will morph over the years into your own custom typeface. 🙂
Use one of the bolder typefaces (like 3 or 5) that will retain it’s definition over the years. I think that if it’s too thin, you might “lose it”.
I agree with Chris – I think that a bolder option is likely to be more resistant to morphing.
Given that assumption, the question remains: square-eyes, or round eyes? Hmmm, hard choice.
Given that I’m a huge fan of DejaVu Sans Mono (an offshoot from the Bitstream Vera family) I say go for square eyes!
