WS-Addressing and WS-MessageDelivery in W3C

Hmmm… I am starting to suspect that the big companies already have a secret plan. Two submissions to W3C for specifications on how to address Web Services (WS-Addressing and WS-MD)? Surely, the consortium will not allow for two competing groups to be formed (I surely hope not). It seems that they will all get together to define a specification acceptable by everyone (2-3 years?).

If it takes that long then it’ll have the same impact (and destiny) as WS-Architecture did. Our hope is that it will be much more directed and pertinent.
  2. Mark, I surely hope so!
